If the study of the market is conclusive and if you consider an establishment in one or more Latin America countries, we take in charge a study with regard to the different ways of establishment likely to suit you: franchise, commercial representation, branch, majority or minority subsidiary company…

We keep you informed about the advantages and disadvantages, according to us, of each possible solution. If you have already at your disposal a preset project of establishment, we assume the responsibility to inform you about the implications of this type of setting up on the selected markets.

Our studies of establishment cover the whole of the project components:
- production or/and importation, possibilities of local manufacture, costs, conditions and importation costs (customs constraints, rights, transportation charges…)
